Job summary

Monks is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive platform-based projects and large-scale digital asset deployments. A mid-to-senior professional with 4–5 years of experience is preferred to hit the ground running.

You will bridge technical execution and high-frequency asset delivery, templatising assets for automated production, and coordinate across internal teams, client partners, and the Data Insights team to keep workflows aligned.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience managing asset production with a strong technical mindset.
• Ability to identify production efficiencies and drive automation.
• Excellent organisation, detail-oriented, and able to manage time under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication with internal teams and external partners.
• Self-motivated team player with ownership of work.

Responsibilities

• Multi-Format Production & Automation Scoping: Lead asset production projects across social, digital, and e-commerce platforms; continuously evaluate lifecycles to identify opportunities for automation.
• Automation & Storefront Library Management: Template digital assets and manage the template repository to ensure scalable, accurate outputs.
• Client Communication Excellence: Maintain clear, proactive communication with client teams and external partners.
• Cross‑Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, client teams, and Data Insights to align workflows.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with new digital tools, platform updates, and best practices.
