Responsibilities

Organise project workflows, timelines, sprints, and resource allocation to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
Supervise cross-functional project teams, including developers, designers, and QA engineers, fostering collaboration.
Design and implement tailored project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum) per platform and tech stack.
Manage client communication, expectations, status updates, and proactively address risks.
Coordinate deployment processes for platforms across digital transformation initiatives.
