Job summary

Storio group in Den Haag seeks an Office Manager to keep our facility running smoothly. You will partner with HR, finance, site leaders, and the plant director to ensure accurate pay and responsible cost controls.

You own the time and attendance process using Pro-time, handle daily shift updates, leaves, and reconcile agency hours for 110–350 staff, ensuring precise payroll inputs and reliable management reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with high-volume data entry and data integrity checks.
• Strong communication skills to resolve daily administrative issues with managers and external agencies.
• Analytical skills to spot trends, errors, and missing data points.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily time tracking and attendance records for all plant employees using Pro-time software.
• Collaborate daily with team leads, managers, and staffing agencies to correct hours, shifts, and absences.
• Track and verify sick leave, medical appointments, and no shows to maintain accurate agency invoicing.
• Close time administration systems on schedule to ensure precise weekly and monthly payroll runs.
• Prepare key hourly workforce data and cost reports for the finance manager and leadership team.
• Spot inconsistencies in shift data quickly to prevent payment errors and simplify reporting.
