Summa College in Eindhoven zoekt een Planning and Scheduling Employee voor 0,5-0,6 FTE. Je zorgt voor duidelijke roosters en planningen van onderwijsactiviteiten, toetsen en examens, en bewaakt de voortgang van studenten en teams.

Je werkt in het Planning and Scheduling-team binnen de Education & Student Centre en streeft naar optimale roosters met oog voor verschillende belangen. Startdatum 1 december 2026 of zo spoedig mogelijk daarna.

Qualifications

• MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Ervaring met geautomatiseerde planning/roostering; Xedule is een plus.
• Zorgvuldig, analytisch en servicegericht; digitaal vaardig.

Responsabilités

• Maak roosters voor onderwijsactiviteiten, toetsen en examens.
• Zorg dat informatie voor roosters en taakverdeling tijdig beschikbaar is.
• Adviseer en coordineer met docenten, examenbureau, studentenadministratie en collega’s.
• Draag proactief bij aan verbeteringen en optimalisaties in planningen.
• Beheer wijzigingen en houd overzicht van belangen en deadlines.

Home base for talent discoverers.### Your impact as a Planning and Scheduling Employee* You help make flexible education possible, so that students can follow personal learning paths.* You ensure clear schedules for educational activities, tests, and exams.* You contribute to ensuring that students, teachers, and teaching teams know where they stand.### This is what you will do as a Planning and Scheduling Employee* You create timetables and schedules for educational activities, tests, and exams for one or more study programmes or teaching teams.* You ensure that the necessary information for schedules and work distribution is available on time.* You advise, identify issues, and coordinate with lecturers, team leaders, the examination office, student administration, and other involved colleagues.* You proactively contribute ideas for improvements and opportunities to further optimize schedules.* You process changes while maintaining an overview of the various interests and deadlines.You will be working in the Planning and Scheduling team, part of the Education & Student Centre department. The team consists of 18 dedicated colleagues with extensive expertise.### This is what we offer you* A varied role in an expert and helpful team. You work in a changing educational environment and contribute with your planning to ensuring that students can successfully follow their learning path.* A working time factor of 0,5 to 0,6 FTE. Preferably, you are available on Wednesday mornings and Friday mornings at least.* We would like to welcome you as soon as possible. The desired start date is 1 December 2026 or 1 January 2027.* Salary in accordance with the MBO collective labour agreement, scale 8, between €2.965 and €4.403 gross per month based on full-time employment. The salary scale depends on your knowledge and experience.* A year-end bonus of 8,33%, 30 vacation days per calendar year based on full-time employment, the ABP pension fund, and a laptop and phone on loan.* Room to develop yourself, for example through a training program, course, or the annual development festival.### This is what we expect from you* You have an MBO+ / HBO working and thinking level.* You have experience with automated scheduling and planning systems.
