Job summary

Summa College in Eindhoven is seeking a Lecturer Lifelong Learning (0.8 FTE) to deliver practice-oriented education. The role involves organizing learning at various locations, connecting with employers, and tailoring content to adults with diverse backgrounds.

You will work with De achthonderd colleagues and partners, contributing to sustainable employment initiatives. A relevant teaching background and NT1/NT2 qualifications are desirable, with a pension and study opportunities provided.

You align with their needs and connect basic skills, vocational skills, and coaching to recognizable situations at work.* You organize and supervise practice-oriented learning and development programs at various locations, such as at employers and development companies.* You create a safe learning environment and help participants take achievable steps.* You connect education to activities and questions from practice.* You easily engage in conversation with participants, employers, and practical supervisors, and translate their questions into appropriate, flexible education.* You work together with colleagues and other professionals from the region.* You contribute ideas for improving modules and development tracks.The content is not always fixed in advance.
