Job summary

Summa College, affiliated with the Montessori College in Eindhoven, is seeking a Mathematics teacher to join a small, focused school community. You will guide students to understand mathematics beyond numbers, fostering independence and confidence.

You will teach lessons, develop materials, assess progress, and collaborate with colleagues to shape contemporary education within the Montessori framework. December 2026 or January 2027 start date.

Qualifications

• First- or second-degree teaching qualification in Mathematics, or currently pursuing teacher training.
• Experience guiding and motivating young people.
• Willingness to embrace Montessori education principles.

Responsibilities

• Teach mathematics lessons to Montessori College students.
• Guide students in their learning and monitor development.
• In your lessons, align with students' needs as much as possible.
• Develop and update teaching materials.
• Prepare tests and exams, administer them and assess work.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and mentors on high-quality education.
