Summa zoekt een Functioneel Beheerder in Eindhoven (0,7-1,0 fte) om kernapplicaties te beheren en verder te verbeteren.

Je werkt aan continuïteit, kwaliteit en gebruiksvriendelijkheid, vertaalt gebruikerswensen naar aanpassingen en begeleidt projecten met leveranciers. Dutch speaking vereist; Eduarte/Canvas/AFAS ervaring is een pluspunt.

Home base for talent discoverers.*### Your impact as a functional administrator* Drawing on your professional expertise, you contribute to the continuity, quality, and further optimization of the applications.* You identify areas where applications or their usage can be improved and advise on appropriate adjustments.* You ensure that agreed changes are carefully implemented and align with the work of colleagues.### This is what you will do as a functional administrator* You identify improvements and optimizations and proactively discuss them with the responsible colleagues.* Through active contact with users, you discover opportunities for innovation and advise on application modifications.* You coordinate and guide the implementation of changes in applications and ensure that improvements truly land with the user.* Together with colleagues, you are responsible for the configuration and implementation of new applications, paying attention to user-friendliness, processes, and manageability.* You support colleagues within and outside the team and share your knowledge through training and documentation.* You maintain relationships with suppliers and ensure that SLAs are adhered to.* You ensure that documentation and manuals are up-to-date.You are part of the Functional Management team, which is part of the IT Department. The team consists of twelve permanent colleagues, including functional managers and information analysts. Together, you manage and improve Summa's core applications. In doing so, you collaborate with colleagues from various schools and departments and have contact with external suppliers.The team meets twice a week on location in Eindhoven to share knowledge and coordinate activities. You can schedule the remaining working days flexibly in consultation.### This is what we offer you* A role in which you can contribute to the management and further optimization of applications within Summa based on your own expertise.* A salary in accordance with the MBO collective labor agreement, scale 9, between €3.344 and €4.948 gross per month based on a full-time position, depending on your knowledge and experience.* A contract for 0,7 to 1,0 FTE for a duration of one year, with the intention of extension.* A year-end bonus of 8,33%, 30 vacation days per calendar year based on full-time employment, an ABP pension, and a laptop and phone on loan.* Develop yourself through training, a course or the annual development festival.### This is what we expect from you* You have experience with functional management or application management and know how to independently identify opportunities for improvement based on your professional knowledge.* You take initiative, analyze issues, and advise on ways to make optimal use of applications.* You have an eye for the user experience and know how to bring others along in changes.* You work independently, take responsibility for your work, and have an eye for quality and detail.* You are interested in education and have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.* Experience with educational applications such as Eduarte or Canvas, or applications such as AFAS, is a plus. This also applies to knowledge of educational and examination processes.
