Job summary

SMART Photonics invites motivated students to join the Sales team as an Internship – Customer Service and Sales Support. You will assist with daily operational sales processes and customer communication, gaining practical exposure to the photonics industry.

You will collaborate with the Sales Support Coordinator, KAMs, Finance, Operations, and Design Enablement to ensure smooth order handling and continuous improvement of sales funnel workflows.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an Education institution in the Netherlands.
• Start date flexible; end of August or beginning of September.
• Available 10 weeks minimum; 3–5 days per week.
• Master or Bachelor degree in a commercial field.

Responsibilities

• Support customer-facing and operational sales processes.
• Collaborate with Sales Support Coordinator, KAMs, Finance, Operations, and Design Enablement to ensure smooth order handling.
• Maintain CRM data quality and completeness and assist with documentation.
• Contribute to process improvements and documentation.
