Job summary

CAPPAC is looking for a Sales Support Officer to join the Business Office team. You’ll be the link between customers, colleagues, and departments, handling orders and ensuring smooth operations in a dynamic, international environment.

No prior experience required; what matters is curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn. You’ll receive onboarding and gradually own responsibilities while collaborating with Production, Logistics, Planning, and Quality to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

• A completed MBO+ or HBO degree in a related field.
• Availability for 32–40 hours per week.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Structured and accurate way of working.
• Curious mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Proactive attitude and initiative.
• Excellent command of Dutch; good English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Processing and managing customer orders from start to finish.
• Communicating with customers in the Netherlands and abroad.
• Supporting colleagues with commercial activities.
• Preparing reports and sales overviews.
• Maintaining customer and product data in our CRM system.
• Assisting with commercial projects and process improvements.
• Working closely with Production, Logistics, Planning, and Quality.
