Job summary

OCTA Pharmacy Group in the Netherlands is seeking a Pharmacy IT Support Officer to join a small, hands-on team providing day-to-day first- and second-line IT support for our pharmacies and office locations.

You will work with Pharmacom (PharmaPartners) and CGM Apotheek systems, ensure secure E-Zorg connectivity, and liaise with suppliers to resolve disruptions quickly. The role requires 3+ years in IT support, and strong Dutch language skills.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable knowledge of Pharmacom and/or CGM Apotheek (required).
• Experience of pharmacy practice: prescription processing and interplay between AIS, printers and desktops (required).
• Experience with E-Zorg connections and secure healthcare connectivity.
• At least 3 years’ experience in first- and second-line IT support.
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and Active Directory / Entra ID.
• Customer-focused, organized and strong communication skills with end users.
• Excellent command of the Dutch language; resident in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Handling first- and second-line tickets for our pharmacies and office locations.
• Analysing and resolving disruptions in the AIS (Pharmacom/CGM) chain – printers – workstations.
• Liaising with PharmaPartners, CGM and E-Zorg in the event of faults and changes.
• Providing support with connecting new branches and setting up pharmacy workstations.
• Documenting solutions in the knowledge base and identifying structural issues.
• Working in accordance with agreed processes (ITIL) and monitoring your own follow-up and turnaround times.
