Job summary

People in Science is seeking an Operator for hands-on pharmaceutical production and packaging. You will perform production tasks, ensure product quality, and accurately record activities on a fast-paced line.

The role requires careful, detail-oriented work, ability to follow detailed instructions, and willingness to work 2- or 3-shift schedules. GMP knowledge is beneficial. The position is based in the Netherlands with an international biotech environment on site.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production, packaging or manufacturing.
• Careful and consistent working style.
• Ability to maintain concentration during repetitive tasks.
• Experience following detailed SOPs and batch instructions.
