Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

For a regulated production site in Haarlem, we are looking for a Production Operator (GMP Environment). In this role, the operator supports daily production by executing assigned tasks safely, accurately, and fully in line with approved procedures. The position suits someone who enjoys structured work, takes ownership of doing things right the first time, and escalates issues quickly when something deviates from the standard.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned production activities according to approved procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards
• Prepare tasks, materials, and work areas as instructed
• Operate equipment as trained and follow agreed working methods
• Apply GMP principles and ensure correct, timely documentation of all own activities
• Recognise deviations, abnormalities, or safety concerns and elevate them in line with established escalation rules
• Work closely with colleagues within the production team and follow structured handover and communication practices
• Participate in training and on-the-job learning to build technical knowledge and practical skills

• MBO level education, preferably in a technical, production, or life-science related field
• Fluent in both Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable working in a structured, regulated production environment
• Accurate, detail-oriented working style and strong discipline in following procedures
• Team-oriented attitude with clear communication during handovers and daily collaboration
• Temporary Full-Time Contract (1 Year)
• Willing/able to work 16/5 or 24/5 shifts (incl. nights)
