This role exists to clear the way for the CEO. You operate across businesses, offices, projects, and personal life—handling whatever is required to keep things moving. The work is varied, fast, and often undefined. Your job is to step in, figure it out, and execute.
From setting up a client experience to coordinating a photoshoot, fixing an issue at a property, or organizing a trip—if it needs to happen, you make it happen.
Key Responsibilities
1. Life & Logistics Management (Core)
- Manage calendar across personal and professional priorities
- Coordinate travel, accommodations, and itineraries
- Handle day-to-day logistics across homes, offices, and locations
- Step in wherever something needs to be organized, fixed, or completed
2. Execution Across Ventures
- Support activities across Zerotrillion and related ventures
- Handle ad hoc projects that cut across creative, business, and operations
- Work with internal teams, freelancers, and external partners to get things done
- Ensure nothing stalls—push things forward to completion
3. Experience & Production Support
- Coordinate client hosting, meetings, and experiences
- Assist in organizing shoots, events, and production logistics
- Source locations, vendors, materials, and talent when needed
- Make sure everything is ready, on time, and executed to a high standard
4. Task Ownership
- Take loose direction and turn it into finished outcomes
- Solve problems independently and resourcefully
- Follow through relentlessly until complete
- Handle both small details and larger moving pieces without dropping either
