Job description

Описание:

Qogita is revolutionizing wholesale procurement by providing a one-stop shop for branded products at competitive prices. The company aims to build the world's leading global wholesale trading hub and enable efficient distribution of goods.

Задачи:

• Own all aspects of performance marketing, including campaign strategy, implementation, optimisation, and analysis;
• Set channel strategy and manage budgets across digital channels, optimising for CAC:LTV and payback;
• Run structured testing across creative, bidding, audiences, and channel mix;
• Measure impact through cohort behaviour, repeat GMV, contribution margin, and incrementality;
• Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-converting ad creative and landing pages;
• Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing;
• Report performance to senior leadership with clear, actionable recommendations.

Требования:

• Demonstrated experience running large Google Ads accounts at scale;
• Broad understanding of paid social, organic channels, and channel interaction;
• Enjoyment of creative strategy, ad production, script writing, and data analysis;
• Strong understanding of conversion rate optimisation principles and tactics;
• Experience with incrementality testing, including geo hold-outs and lift studies;
• Hands-on experience implementing tracking, tag management, and server-side setups such as GTM;
• Ability to debug dataLayer and signal issues independently;
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with CAC:LTV and payback metrics;
• Judgement to operate in a fast-moving environment and prioritise high-impact work;
• Nice to have: SEO or other organic and owned-channel experience, B2B, marketplace, or ecommerce background, writing experience for ad copy, briefs, or stakeholder communication.
