• Own the day-to-day management and optimization of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns to maximize profitability
• Conduct keyword research, run ad copy tests, and analyze performance to improve profitability and ROAS
• Partner with Product and Analytics teams to implement advanced reporting and actionable insights
• Monitor industry trends, test new strategies, and explore opportunities for paid search growth
• Leverage AI tools and agents, including Claude-based workflows and Google Ads Scripts automation, for campaign monitoring, reporting, and anomaly detection

Требования

• 2–4 Years of experience in Paid Search Marketing with Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Experience with budget management, bid optimization, and performance tracking
• Analytical mindset focused on data-driven decision-making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Nice to have: experience with display or video advertising, marketplace management, conversion rate optimization techniques, AI tools and agents for reporting and analysis
