Job summary

Enfint ищет опытного специалиста по дисплейной и программной рекламе в Амстердам. Ваша задача — создание, внедрение и оптимизация кампаний, управление рекламными активами и взаимодействие с командами по развитию бизнеса, дизайну и данным.

Требуется 4+ года опыта в Google Ads Display и работа в mVAS/модели подписки. Адаптивность к анализу больших данных, ориентация на результат и готовность проводить A/B тесты.

Задачи

• Own the creation, implementation, and optimization of display and programmatic campaigns for designated markets to drive direct revenue; Create banners and publish campaigns; Manage high-volume Google Ads Display campaigns and ensure investments generate expected revenue within the given timeframe; Use data and analytics tools to evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimize performance; Monitor user journeys on live pages and collaborate with the design team to optimize conversion funnels; Partner with Business Development, Design, and Data & Tech teams to launch marketing campaigns; Develop and execute localized country marketing strategies to grow and maintain market revenue; Explain and share marketing actions, test results, and strategies with Country Focus teams; Identify and test new marketing verticals, angles, and funnels.

Требования

• 4+ Years of hands-on Google Ads Display experience across different verticals
• Mandatory experience in the mVAS or subscription-based business industry
• Ability to segment and analyze large datasets for campaign optimization
• Data-driven mindset, strong analytical thinking, and attention to detail
• Results-driven and performance-focused work ethic
• Willingness to use a continuous test-and-learn approach and run A/B tests
• Proactive problem-solving skills and strong teamwork
• Ability to challenge others and push boundaries to achieve results
• Self-motivation, resilience, and ability to handle complex challenges
• Strong multitasking and project management skills
• Nice to have: knowledge of simple data tools, experience with Meta, TikTok, and GMP
