Job summary

JDE Peet’s seeks an experienced Performance Marketeer to accelerate digital and data‑driven marketing for Netherlands B2B and Retail (DTC/ecommerce). You will drive visibility, relevance and growth across SEA, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates and SEO, and lead AI‑driven optimization initiatives.

You’ll collaborate with Marketing, Ecommerce, Sales, CRM, agencies and Global Media & Digital teams, reporting to the Media Manager NL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital, or related field.
• 6–10 years in performance marketing, digital media or ecommerce.
• Proven experience with both B2B lead/demand generation and DTC/ecommerce performance.
• Experience in an international or matrix organisation is a plus.
• Excellent command of English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated full‑funnel performance marketing strategy for B2B and C&W brands (including L’OR).
• Translate objectives into scalable media strategies across SEA, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates and SEO.
• Own end‑to‑end B2B campaigns for coffee machines and services; optimize audiences and lead quality.
• Manage DTC performance campaigns for brand websites and ecommerce, improve ROAS and conversions.
• Own budget allocation and provide performance dashboards and insights.
• Lead AI‑driven innovation projects for targeting, bidding, personalization and testing.
• Manage agencies and share best practices across Northern Europe.
