Job summary

Elfsquad in the Netherlands is hiring a Marketing lead who will own performance strategy across search, paid social and display for manufacturers with complex, configurable products. You will decide budgets, run tests, and ensure ROI while aligning messaging with the Growth Marketer and AI GTM Engineer.

You will own SEO and website performance, implement attribution within HubSpot, report KPIs, and stay ahead of trends and AI-driven techniques.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience running paid campaigns for manufacturers or similar complex B2B environments.
Hands-on experience with SEO and website ownership including keyword research and technical SEO.
Familiar with Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads or similar, HubSpot, and attribution/reporting setups.

Responsibilities

Own performance strategy and execution across search, paid social, and display advertising.
Manage and optimize budgets strategically for ROI and pipeline goals.
Set up testing frameworks (A/B tests, creative testing, bid strategy validation) to accelerate learnings.
Collaborate with Growth Marketer and AI GTM Engineer to align messaging and targeting.
Own SEO strategy and the company website: keyword research, on-page and technical optimization.
