Job summary

Nebius is seeking a highly organized People Systems Project Manager in Amsterdam to drive HR systems implementations, integrations, and workflow improvements across the People function. You will partner with HR Operations, HRBPs, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Projects and Programs, you will manage projects with Jira, ensure data governance and compliance, and drive automation across HRIS workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with HRIS platforms and People systems.
• Background in HR Operations, HRBP, People Systems, or related functions.
• Experience managing HR systems implementations or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR workflows.
• Ability to balance business needs with system capabilities and scalability.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR systems and process improvement projects from planning through rollout
• Partner with People Operations, HRBPs, and Operations teams to optimize workflows and system usage

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Systems Project Manager with strong experience in HR systems, HR operations, and process optimization. This role will support the growth and scalability of the People function by leading HR systems implementations, integrations, and workflow improvements. The ideal candidate combines HRIS expertise with operational HR knowledge and understands how technology capabilities align with real-world People processes. Experience within HR Operations, HRBP functions, or People Systems is highly valued.

Reporting Line

This role reports directly to the Head of Projects and Programs (Enterprise Technologies), with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Head of People Systems.

The People Systems team owns the strategy and governance for core HR platforms, while this role is responsible for project execution, delivery, and driving scalable process improvements in partnership with HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
