Job description

About Nebius

Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in‑house AI/ML infrastructure.

Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.

Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.

Description

The People Systems team plays a critical role in supporting the HR organization through technology, managing a range of initiatives that include end‑user support for our HRIS, HiBob, and contributing to the ongoing development of our broader HR technology roadmap.

As a Senior HR Systems Analyst, you will partner closely with the HR team and other downstream stakeholders to understand the challenges they face and systematically address them in scalable, efficient ways. This role offers the opportunity to make a profound impact on Nebius’ HR systems landscape while further developing your analytical thinking, problem‑solving abilities, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Create, maintain, and evolve the People Systems roadmap, centrally capturing current and planned initiatives across all HR stakeholder groups in alignment with broader People priorities
  • Closely align with our HRIS vendor, HiBob, by tracking their product roadmap, surfacing relevant updates, and proactively influencing priorities based on Nebius’ needs in partnership with the People Systems Manager
  • Translate People Systems pain points and stakeholder feedback into well‑defined enhancement requests and improvement initiatives for HiBob and other systems
  • Partner with HR leadership and key stakeholder groups through a regular business review cadence to understand pain points, share updates, and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Review existing end‑user and internal People Systems documentation to identify gaps, and create clear, structured documentation that improves end‑user knowledge and self‑service
  • Coordinate People Systems activities for potential mergers & acquisitions, including HRIS integrations, employee record creation, and collaboration on data migration and lifecycle process setup
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, self‑service, and efficiency improvements across People Systems
  • Support the implementation of AI‑driven support solutions (e.g. Rovo or similar) to act as optional tier‑0 support by leveraging existing end‑user documentation
  • Act as deputy to the People Systems Manager when required, supporting continuity, decision‑making, and team leadership topics in their absence
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • 7+ years of experience in HR, People Systems, or related roles, with a strong emphasis on systems ownership, process design, or HR technology
  • Technical understanding is a must (minimum level of understanding how APIs and Webhooks function). Familiarity with Python, Power Automate, Airflow, or AI‑driven tools is a strong advantage
  • Proven experience owning or contributing to People Systems or HRIS roadmaps
  • Strong hands‑on experience with modern HRIS platforms
  • Demonstrated experience working with external vendors and influencing product roadmaps
  • Experience supporting or leading People Systems workstreams for mergers & acquisitions
  • Proven ability to identify, design, and implement automation and self‑service solutions
  • Experience creating and maintaining high‑quality end‑user documentation (e.g. Confluence or similar tools)
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau) and a strong data‑driven mindset
  • Experience using Jira or comparable ticketing and project tracking systems
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, vlookups, complex formulas)
  • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and taking ownership in a fast‑growing, global environment
Benefits & Perks
  • Competitive compensation
  • Career growth and learning opportunities
  • Flexibility and ownership
  • Collaborative and innovative culture
  • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects
  • International environment and talented teams
