Job summary

ASML invites a bachelor or master student to join the HR People Expertise team in Veldhoven for a thesis internship. You will explore emerging HR insights, benchmark practices across companies, and translate findings into practical recommendations to strengthen ASML's people strategy.

The six-month (minimum 6 months) internship is hybrid (4–5 days per week) with a start date as soon as possible. You will work with experienced HR professionals and gain hands-on experience in strategic HR topics
