Job summary

ASML Business Services is offering a bachelor or master internship within the Global Operational Excellence team under People Operations. You will contribute to strengthening self-service experiences, optimize HR content, and prepare content for AI-powered support solutions.

This internship lasts a minimum of 5 months with hybrid work (at least Monday and Thursday in the office), starting November 2026, and focuses on content standardization, knowledge management, and digital transformation for

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, Information Management, Knowledge Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and enjoyment of working with data, feedback, and insights.
• Excellent written communication in English.
• Proactive and take ownership of work and development.
• Ability to simplify complex information for others.

Responsibilities

• Analyze employee feedback to identify opportunities to improve HR knowledge content.
• Translate feedback into practical recommendations and content improvements.
• Review and optimize knowledge articles for clarity, consistency, and usability.
• Convert reference materials into searchable, user-friendly knowledge content.
• Support content standardization initiatives and improve writing quality.
• Assess articles against established quality guidelines and standards.
• Contribute to preparing content for AI-enabled support experiences.
