Job summary

ASML’s Strategic Decision Support (SDS) team offers a master's internship in Veldhoven, the Netherlands, focusing on strategy, analytics, and data-driven decision-making. You will join cross-disciplinary projects, gain coaching, and work alongside experienced professionals in a highly innovative, international environment.

This is a 6-month minimum internship with at least 4 days per week, 3 days on-site, starting around November 2026.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a master's degree in a quantitative STEM field
• Enrolled at an educational institution throughout the internship
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn in a complex environment
• Clear communication and ability to simplify complex topics
• Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and translate findings into actionable insights
• Analyze and combine quantitative and qualitative data
• Support the development of business cases and scenario analyses
• Build decision-support models to evaluate strategic options
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Contribute to workshops and structured decision-making activities
• Help improve decision science methods and best practices
