Job summary

Tony's Chocolonely is hiring a People Partnering lead to advise leaders across our supply chain—Operations, Factory, Super Store and Tony’s Open Chain (TOC). You will connect business priorities with people strategies, manage a team of People Partners, and drive data-driven HR initiatives for 80–100 employees across regions.

You will shape employee experience, leadership effectiveness, and organizational performance through coaching, wellbeing programs and policy guidance, ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• 6+ years in HR advisory, HRBP or People Partnering roles within FMCG, manufacturing, supply chain or operations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and coaching managers on people topics (performance, org development, ER).
• Strong knowledge of Dutch employment law; experience in international/EMEA orgs.
• Proven ability to manage complex employee relations cases and wellbeing initiatives.
• Effective stakeholder manager; can influence decisions across all levels.
• Experience leading cross-functional People & Culture initiatives from concept to implementation.
• Proficient with HR systems, analytics, Excel and reporting tools for insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across supply chain to translate business priorities into people strategies and workforce plans.
• Coach and advise leaders on employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, succession, engagement and offboarding.
• Lead the Bean to Bar People Partnering team, mentoring Partners and aligning ways of working across the function.
• Drive talent and leadership development through capability gaps analysis and collaboration with Talent team.
• Represent Operations, Factory, Super Store and TOC needs within People & Culture for projects and policies.
• Use people analytics and reporting to identify trends and inform decisions on attraction, retention and engagement.
