At Tony’s Chocolonely, we are committed to ending exploitation in cocoa. We are an impact company that makes chocolate, not a chocolate company that makes impact. As our People Partner Bean to Bar, you are a trusted advisor to leaders across our supply chain in these teams; Operations, the Factory, Super Store and Tony’s Open Chain (TOC) teams. You connect business strategy with people priorities and ensure the consistent delivery of impactful People & Culture initiatives.
You will partner closely with approximately 15 people leaders and support a population of 80 to 100 employees across multiple functions and geographies. Through strategic people partnering, employee relations expertise, leadership coaching and talent development initiatives, you will help create an environment where people can grow, perform and stay engaged. You are also responsible for leading and developing the Bean to Bar People Partnering team, coaching People Partners in the Factory and West Africa, while contributing to the broader People & Culture agenda through projects, process improvements and data‑driven insights.
In your first months, you will focus on building strong relationships across your business areas, understanding operational priorities and identifying opportunities to enhance employee experience, leadership effectiveness and organizational performance. Over time, you will become a trusted sparring partner who proactively shapes people strategies and that drive sustainable business impact, connecting business needs with employee development and capabilities.
At Tony's you will get the opportunity to be part of something extraordinary; first and foremost by making real impact in the world, while enjoying the great benefits we offer as you help us succeed. We are dedicated to enabling all Tonys to grow and develop their careers through training programs, regular feedback cycles, coaching and a generous learning and development budget.
We also offer a wide range of additional benefits, including a delicious vegetarian lunch, company bonus, a minimum of 28 holidays, inspirational team updates, unforgettable events and unlimited chocolate. But we also know chocolate will not pay the bills, so we ensure our compensation is just as rewarding.
Are you passionate about creating an environment where people can thrive while contributing to Tony's mission to end exploitation in cocoa? If you are excited about partnering with leaders, developing talent and building high‑performing teams, we would love to hear from you.
At Tony's we are convinced that diversity of thought, background and perspectives makes us stronger, just like the different flavors in our chocolate assortment. Our mission is founded on principles of equity and justice, and we actively seek candidates who bring new perspectives and life experiences, especially from underrepresented groups. We look forward to your application!
