Job summary

Responsibilities

• Run internship recruitment and selection end-to-end for Autumn '27 NL cohort.
• Identify opportunities to increase diversity and inclusion in hiring.
• Support talent mapping, CV screening, and candidate outreach.
• Manage end-to-end hiring for a junior role with coaching.
• Assist employer branding content like career sites and social posts.
