Job summary

Polaroid is seeking an experienced, hands-on People Operations Leader to own our HR operations, systems, and compliance backbone as the company scales. You will build our People function from scratch, shaping onboarding, offboarding, data integrity, and cross-jurisdiction compliance while modernizing experiences with AI-driven workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced scaling tech environment and building HR operations from scratch.
• Deep experience configuring and auditing at least one HR system (Personio is a plus).
• Strong project management with clear ownership and realistic timelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end People processes across the employee lifecycle with AI automation.
• Own HR tech stack including HRIS, ATS, payroll interfaces, and performance platforms; drive data-driven decisions.
