Optics11 is looking for a People Operations Specialist in Amsterdam to support the HR team by managing employee data and processes for a growing international organization. You'll ensure accuracy while helping team members navigate policies and systems.

With a proactive and service-oriented mindset, you will handle HR administration and employee queries, playing a crucial role in enhancing the overall employee experience.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in administrative HR or People Operations.
• Experience in an international startup or scale-up preferred.
• Strong accuracy and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee records and documentation in HRIS.
• Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries.
• Assist with payroll preparation for the Netherlands and Ireland.
