Job summary

Shine is expanding its People Operations function across Denmark, the Netherlands, and Germany with a focus on building scalable HR processes. You will own day-to-day operations and partner with managers to drive people initiatives in a fast-growing European fintech environment.

This role supports cross-country activities, including onboarding, data integrity, and collaboration with the payroll team. Part-time arrangements are considered, reflecting Shine's flexible culture.

Qualifications

• Experience with HRIS data entry and records management.
• Experience with payroll-relevant data preparation is helpful.
• Track record building and stabilizing processes in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day People Operations execution for Denmark and the Netherlands, with support for Germany.
• Provide lighter-touch support for Belgium, Austria, Poland, and Finland.
• Act as a direct point of contact for local managers in the countries you cover.
• Prepare payroll-relevant data and hand over to payroll team.
