Job summary

Shine is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Amsterdam team. You will be the frontline helping Dutch customers with accounting questions, ensuring a smooth, productive and delightful Shine experience. This is a full-time role based in our Amsterdam office, collaborating daily with a supportive, multicultural team.

You’ll interact with entrepreneurs, freelancers and bookkeepers, resolving questions and guiding users through Shine’s platform to maximize value and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Be the trusted point of contact for entrepreneurs, freelancers and bookkeepers using Shine.
• Resolve questions and provide empathetic, insightful help.
