This is a full-time role based in our Amsterdam office, collaborating daily with a supportive, multicultural team.

You’ll interact with entrepreneurs, freelancers and bookkeepers, resolving questions and guiding users through Shine’s platform to maximize value and satisfaction.

• Be the trusted point of contact for entrepreneurs, freelancers and bookkeepers using Shine.
• Resolve questions and provide empathetic, insightful help.
• Support Dutch customers, especially with accounting questions, to ensure a smooth Shine experience.
