Job summary

Shine is expanding its Banking & Compliance team to strengthen the end-to-end operations of the card issuing program. You will ensure accurate settlement, timely reconciliation, and robust incident management across our card networks and banking systems.

The role is open with Paris as a preferred location and two remote days per week, with flexibility for candidates in Denmark, the Netherlands, or Germany. English fluency is essential and a plus if French is also spoken.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in banking operations focusing on card issuing.
• Deep understanding of CARD Network Clearing & Settlement rules and Nostro/Vostro reconciliation.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end card operations and reconcile settlements daily.
• Coordinate with banking system, card provider, and card network.
• Lead incident resolution and maintain MIM contacts within 24 hours.
• Prepare and review regulatory reporting (QMR, Xpay) and dashboards.
• Back-up for other Payments Operations roles and document SOPs.
