Job summary

Intelic, based in Amsterdam with a Kyiv office, seeks a People Ops Specialist to manage day-to-day HR tasks, onboarding, and process improvements. You’ll join a small but driven People team, handling contracts, HRIS data, and inquiries while enabling scalable people operations across offices.

You will own onboarding sessions, support policy and local regulations, and collaborate with the Head of People on key initiatives. English is primary; Dutch familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Hands-on with HRIS tooling and onboarding processes.
• Familiar with Dutch employment law (WAB, AVG/GDPR).
• Experience hosting onboarding sessions.
• Comfortable in an international, English-speaking environment.
• Proactive with process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own the HR lifecycle day-to-day: drafting contracts and addendums, managing HR tickets, and keeping HRIS accurate.
• Host monthly onboarding sessions for new joiners and ensure a welcoming start.
• Be the face of HR in the Amsterdam office; assist employees with policy, benefits, and local regulations.
• Support Ukrainian team with HR inquiries and align them with Intelic processes and culture.
• Act as internal expert on HR tools and systems; explore AI automation to streamline workflows.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes to save time and avoid manual tasks.
• Collaborate with Head of People on people projects and compliance.
