Intelic, based in Amsterdam with a Kyiv office, seeks a People Ops Specialist to manage day-to-day HR tasks, onboarding, and process improvements. You’ll join a small but driven People team, handling contracts, HRIS data, and inquiries while enabling scalable people operations across offices.

You will own onboarding sessions, support policy and local regulations, and collaborate with the Head of People on key initiatives. English is primary; Dutch familiarity is a plus.

Competenze

• Hands-on with HRIS tooling and onboarding processes.
• Familiar with Dutch employment law (WAB, AVG/GDPR).
• Experience hosting onboarding sessions.
• Comfortable in an international, English-speaking environment.
• Proactive with process improvement and automation.

Mansioni

• Own the HR lifecycle day-to-day: drafting contracts and addendums, managing HR tickets, and keeping HRIS accurate.
• Host monthly onboarding sessions for new joiners and ensure a welcoming start.
• Be the face of HR in the Amsterdam office; assist employees with policy, benefits, and local regulations.
• Support Ukrainian team with HR inquiries and align them with Intelic processes and culture.
• Act as internal expert on HR tools and systems; explore AI automation to streamline workflows.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes to save time and avoid manual tasks.

At Intelic, we build advanced software for unmanned systems in the defense sector. Based in Amsterdam — with a second office in Kyiv — we are a fast-growing team of engineers and domain experts developing Nexus — an intelligence platform that gives unmanned systems the speed, coordination, and reliability that critical missions demand.

Why this role exists

The People foundation at Intelic is in place — now it's time to take it to the next level. As our People Ops Specialist, you're the person who makes that happen in practice. You'll be joining a small but driven People team, keeping the day-to-day running smoothly, ensuring employees know where to go with their questions, and continuously looking for ways to make our processes sharper and more scalable.

What success looks like in your first year

• Continue to built on a clean, reliable HR admin foundation — contracts, processes, and our internal knowledge base all in order and easy to navigate
• Run your first onboarding sessions and made new joiners feel genuinely welcomed from day one
• Identified and implemented at least one meaningful automation or workflow improvement that saves the team real time

What you will own

• Own the HR lifecycle day-to-day: drafting contracts and addendums, managing HR tickets, and keeping our internal HRIS (buddee) accurate and up to date
• Host monthly onboarding sessions for new joiners, making sure everyone feels welcomed and set up for success from day one
• Be one of the faces of HR in the Amsterdam office — the go-to person for employees with questions on policy, benefits, and local regulations
• Support the Ukrainian team with HR queries, making sure they receive the same quality of guidance and feel just as connected to Intelic's processes and culture
• Act as our internal expert on HR tools and systems, proactively experimenting with AI and automation to streamline workflows
• Continuously look for a better way — whether that's redesigning a process or eliminating a manual task, you have the autonomy to make it happen
• Work closely with the Head of People on people projects, compliance, and anything else that needs an extra pair of precise hands

You will thrive here if

• You are genuinely excited about HR tech and AI, and you don't wait to be asked before experimenting with a better solution
• You have hands-on experience with HRIS tooling and enjoy finding ways to improve how things work
• You are energetic, empathetic, and proactive — you like being visible and accessible in an office environment
• You have a working familiarity with Dutch employment law and HR compliance — you know the basics of Dutch contracts, the WAB, and AVG/GDPR, and you're eager to keep learning
• Dutch fluency is a big plus, but not a dealbreaker — we're an international team and work primarily in English
