Gisou is seeking an HR Operations professional to run the full employee lifecycle, ensuring Dutch compliance and smooth processes across our locations. You will manage benefits, HR policies, and data accuracy while driving automation and improvements using HiBob and Excel.

You’ll partner with recruitment to onboard hires, coordinate contracts, and support annual performance and salary cycles in a fast-growing, international beauty scale-up with a hybrid work model in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Solid working knowledge of Dutch employment law and how it applies in practice.
• Experience in an HR operations role, ideally in a fast-growing or international company.
• Hands-on experience administering an HRIS; HiBob experience is a strong plus.
• Process and systems mindset with ability to automate and streamline workflows.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for employees on HR questions, from contracts to benefits and policies.
• Coordinate contracts, information and preparations after recruitment, including visa/relocation where needed.
• Own all employee contracts, renewals and addendums with accurate records.
• Support annual cycles: salary reviews, performance reviews and engagement surveys.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Dutch law and reflect internal policy.
• Automate workflows in HiBob and connected tools to improve efficiency.
• Run HR reporting and analytics in HiBob and Excel; turn data into insights.
