Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior HR/Talent professional to develop and deliver talent initiatives across the organisation. You will turn strategic ideas into practical frameworks, tools, and solutions that support employees in stores, distribution centres, and offices.

You will coordinate projects with International HR Managers and other stakeholders, preparing presentations, reports, and updates while maintaining documentation and supporting learning, performance management, succession planning,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Change Management, or related field.
• 5+ years in HR, Talent, Learning & Development, or related role.
• Knowledge of talent management, learning, performance management, change and people development.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel for executive presentations, reports, dashboards and stakeholder communications.
• Excellent English communication; proactive mindset.

• Work closely with the Talent Manager and the wider Talent team to develop and deliver talent initiatives across the organisation.
• Help turn strategic ideas into practical frameworks, tools, and solutions that support employees in our stores, distribution centres, and offices.
• Coordinate projects, work with International HR Managers and other stakeholders, and help keep initiatives on track.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates, while maintaining project documentation and supporting talent topics such as learning, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and make development simple and effective.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field
• +5 years of experience in HR, Talent, Learning & Development, or a related role
• Knowledge of talent management, learning, performance management, change and people development
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience creating executive presentations, reports, dashboards and stakeholder communications)
• The ability to analyse information and provide practical recommendations
• Experience preparing presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications
• Strong communication skills in English
• A proactive, collaborative mindset.
