Job summary

Jobtailor is looking for a senior HR professional to lead talent, learning and development initiatives across the organization. You will partner with the Talent Manager and teams to translate strategy into practical tools and programs that empower store staff, distribution centres and offices.

With 5+ years in HR/Talent/L&D, you will drive change, manage projects, and deliver executive-ready reports and presentations while communicating clearly with stakeholders in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Change Management, or a related field.
• +5 years of experience in HR, Talent, Learning & Development, or a related role.
• Knowledge of talent management, learning, performance management, change and people development.
• Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills, with experience creating executive presentations, reports, dashboards and stakeholder communications)
• The ability to analyse information and provide practical recommendations
• Experience preparing presentations, reports, and stakeholder communications
• Strong communication skills in English
• A proactive, collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Talent Manager and the wider Talent team to develop and deliver talent initiatives across the organisation.
• Turn strategic ideas into practical frameworks, tools, and solutions that support employees in stores, distribution centres, and offices.
• Coordinate projects, work with International HR Managers and other stakeholders, and help keep initiatives on track.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates while maintaining project documentation.
• Support talent topics such as learning, performance management, succession planning, and career development.
• Look for opportunities to improve processes and make development simple and effective.
