Job summary

EMEA Recruitment is recruiting an HR Project Manager – Talent & Learning to support multiple business units across Europe in executing talent management strategies, succession plans, leadership development and learning & development initiatives.

You will lead regional Talent Management, coordinate employee engagement programmes, and drive HR reporting and people analytics across the region, including HR lifecycle duties for the Netherlands office.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of HR experience in an international organisation.
• Strong background in Talent Management, Learning & Development and Employee Engagement.
• Good understanding of different cultures across Europe.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience with HR systems and people analytics.

Responsibilities

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international business as they look to hire a HR Project Manager with a key focus on Talent and Learning topics.

As HR Project Manager – Talent & Learning you’ll support a range of businesses units across Europe to support them with the successful execution of talent management strategies, succession plans, leadership development and learning & development and employee engagement initiatives.

Experience required
