Job summary

Digital Procurement World (DPW) is a global tech ecosystem for procurement and supply chain, based in Amsterdam. We are looking for a People & Culture Lead who will be the only P&C person, partnering with managers and the interim VP, to shape people processes and culture.

This part-time role (0.6-0.8 FTE) covers onboarding, HRIS, payroll, performance cycles, recruitment, and office events, with a focus on Dutch Labour Law and respectful, high-trust practices.

Qualifications

• A few years of experience in an HR or People & Culture role.
• Experience with Dutch Employment Law is a must.
• You will be the only P&C person in the building.
• Experience coaching, business partnering with managers.
• Hands on experience with HRIS and payroll processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the full people experience and be the first point of contact.
• Coach managers through one-on-ones, feedback, and people moments.
• Run core HR operations: onboarding, HRIS, contracts and payroll processes.
• Manage employee cases, wellbeing, absenteeism, and performance plans.
• Execute performance cycles and align with the Career & Growth Framework.
• Run engagement surveys and translate results into actions.
• Lead recruitment with external recruiters for complex searches.
• Update SLT on P&C initiatives and stay aligned with company goals.
• Shape office moments and organize whole-team events as needed.
