Job summary

7people is partnering with a hospitality client in Amsterdam to hire an interim People Partner. You will act as sparring partner for the Support Hub (~250 people), advising senior leaders across Marketing & Performance, Finance, Digital/IT and People, and guiding HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.

The role focuses on driving pay transparency, performance cycles, and change management, handling complex cases and grievances, and helping to set up a works council.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a People Partner.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and navigating a changing environment.
• Comfortable in a hybrid Amsterdam setting.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leaders and act as sparring partner.
• Roll out HR initiatives including pay transparency and the salary cycle.
• Identify trends from leader requests and implement improvements.
• Handle complex cases and grievances when needed.

We're looking for a People Partner who is comfortable in a dynamic environment and can handle change. You’ll be a sparring partner for their Support Hub (around 250 people) across Marketing & Performance, Finance, Digital/IT and People, and help roll out HR initiatives.

What you’ll be doing

• Strategically advising and challenging senior leaders: building trust while not being afraid to push back
• Supporting the rollout of topics such as pay transparency, the salary cycle and performance initiatives
• Spotting trends in what leaders are asking and translating that into improvements
• Taking on (complex) cases and grievances where needed
• Helping to set up a works council
• At least 2 years of experience as a People Partner
• Strong stakeholder management: comfortable advising and challenging senior stakeholders
• Experienced in managing people through change
• Generalist at heart, ready to step in when needed
