Job summary

Minor Hotels Europe & Americas is offering an HR internship at nhow Amsterdam RAI. You will assist the People & Culture team and Head of Departments with recruitment, internal communications, onboarding, and HR projects within a vibrant, design-forward hotel environment in Amsterdam.

The role requires current enrollment in an HR- or hospitality-related program, English proficiency, and at least six months commitment. Competitive monthly stipend and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant HBO/Bachelors study such as Human Resources or Hospitality Management.
• Knowledge of the hotel world or hospitality is a must.
• Professional command of English.
• Strong personal planning and organizational skills.
• Proactive, accurate and enjoy challenges.
• Can work with Canva and MS Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Flexible and not afraid to take on new projects, even if outside comfort zone.
• Available for a minimum of 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining vacancy websites and adjusting vacancy texts.
• Evaluating incoming applications and conducting job interviews.
• Organizing presentations and tours for hospitality schools.
• Taking care of onboarding and offboarding.
• Working on people-related projects.
