Job summary

Minor Hotels is offering a People & Culture internship at nhow Amsterdam RAI. The role supports the People & Culture Manager and the Head of Departments, with activities spanning recruitment, internal communication, and various HR projects across disciplines.

You will gain hands-on experience in a vibrant, design-forward hotel environment and contribute to onboarding, training, and team events while learning how a hotel’s people operations run day-to-day.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the hotel industry is a must.
• Professional command of English.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Canva and MS Office proficiency.
• Enrolled in relevant study with minimum 6 months available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vacancy websites and adjust vacancy texts.
• Evaluate applications and conduct interviews.
• Organize presentations and tours for hospitality schools.
• Handle onboarding and offboarding.
• Work on people-related projects and initiatives.
