nhow Amsterdam RAI is a new social and multicultural hub for globetrotters, business travelers, and Amsterdam locals. The iconic building, facing the various wind directions, symbolizes the melting pot the city of Amsterdam has always been and continues to be. The impressive 91-metre-tall building is in the Zuidas district, right next to the RAI Amsterdam Convention Centre, offering its guests a dynamic headquarters and home base.
We are looking for a passionate, organized, and driven intern. You will be supporting our People & Culture Manager as well as the Head of Departments with a large variety of different tasks across different disciplines of HR. Largest part of your internship will focus on recruitment, internal communication to the teams, and reporting. You will also be involved in various people-related projects and initiatives such as organizing team social events, recruitment events, co-training the orientation training, and much more. All in all, these are very versatile tasks that give you an opportunity to learn and understand how the 'people-related' operation within a hotel works. And keep in mind, we are not constrained by traditional approaches, we are not afraid of trying new approaches and you will be given a space to shine and put your ideas into work.
