Job summary

JOBGETHER SRL in Netherlands-based leadership role for Manager, People Analytics. You will lead a multidisciplinary team building data-driven products turning workforce data into strategic insights.

The role emphasizes predictive analytics, AI, privacy-conscious data ecosystem, and GDPR compliance. Remote-first with international travel 2–4 times per year.

Collaborate across data science, software engineering, and product to shape roadmaps and deliver high-value outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong quantitative background in data science or engineering.
• Experience with data wrangling, databases, SQL, software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or JavaScript.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Superset/Tableau.
• Ability to translate business questions into research objectives.
• Proven ability to synthesize findings for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
• Interest in AI, data platforms, and open-source tech.
• Willingness to travel 2–4 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary product squad of data scientists, engineers, and designers.
• Own development of people analytics products turning workforce data into insights.
• Translate objectives into clear technical and research priorities.
• Move beyond descriptive reporting toward predictive analytics.
• Translate data models and findings into clear narratives for leaders.
• Guide AI-powered tools surfacing relevant workforce insights.
• Establish data stewardship ensuring security, privacy, and GDPR compliance.
• Develop a trusted People Data ecosystem across products.
• Identify opportunities for automation to improve effectiveness.
• Build and execute strategic roadmaps for aligned, high-quality outcomes.
• Promote data literacy and responsible data use across the organization.
