Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager located in the Netherlands to lead analytics across a global go-to-market organization. You will own the BI strategy, from data modeling to dashboards and self-service reporting, partnering with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership.

Move data from Salesforce and other GTM sources into trusted insights for weekly and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications

5+ years in BI, analytics, or revenue ops in B2B SaaS/tech.
Experience owning BI strategy and delivery, including data governance and metrics.
Strong SQL skills and modern BI platform proficiency (Looker/Tableau/Power BI).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end BI strategy for GTM analytics, including data modeling and metrics.
Build executive dashboards and self-service reporting for weekly/quarterly reviews.
Transform Salesforce and GTM data into trusted insights for decisions.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Leadership across regions.
Develop forecasting models to identify risks and opportunities.
