Job summary

Prodrive Technologies in the Netherlands is seeking a Technical Operator to join our production team. You will run and fine-tune parts of the production line, perform setup and inspections, and ensure quality through testing and monitoring.

The role includes soldering, electronics assembling if required, and working in a three-shift schedule with English communication. We offer a competitive fixed monthly salary (€3350 incl.

Qualifications

• Vocational (MBO) education is required.
• Technical background and/or experience as an operator.
• Ability to work in a diverse team and ensure quality.

Responsibilities

• Run the assigned production line or workstation and complete scheduled orders.
• Fine-tune processes and report malfunctions to keep machines running smoothly.
• Set up, clean, and prepare machines; collect components for orders.
• Soldering and electronics assembling if required.
• Perform product testing and visual/functional inspections.
• Communicate in English and work a 3-shift weekly schedule.
