Job summary

Strada, a leading global payroll and workforce management provider, is seeking an experienced Functional Consultant to join the Strada Pay team as Implementer. You will work with clients across multiple countries to deliver payroll configurations and integrate Strada Pay within their environments.

In this role, you will gather requirements, map data, validate configurations, and support testing and knowledge transfer to delivery and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in a functional consulting/analytical role within payroll outsourcing or payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of the specified country’s payroll and compliance (tax, legislation).
• Experience with payroll implementation project lifecycle.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document client requirements clearly and concisely.
• Proactive problem-solving and delivering feasible solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional discussions with clients and gather payroll configuration requirements.
• Collaborate with client to finalize Strada Pay workbooks and map data.
• Identify deviations from Strada Pay standards and propose solutions.
• Coordinate with Product to configure payroll solution and perform testing.
• Validate payroll configurations and integrations across project cycles.
• Support data mapping, validation, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate UAT and parallel testing activities.
• Transfer knowledge to ongoing application services teams.
