Job summary

Vistra+iiPay in Amsterdam seeks a Technical Consultant to lead international payroll integrations. You will configure bank files, GL outputs and client reports, collaborating with the Implementation and Product teams to deliver accurate bespoke reporting on time.

Qualifications

Advanced Excel and analytical thinking for data-driven payroll configurations.
Ability to interpret specification documents and translate into report configurations.
Willingness to engage in business initiatives such as automation/robotics.
Excellent communication with diverse, international stakeholders (including non-native English).
Proven track record delivering projects on time with high client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Configure bank files and GL outputs to client specifications and test thoroughly.
Create client-configurable reports and assist internal teams with development.
Be system technical champion; drive automation initiatives with the dev team.
Deliver bespoke reporting and inbound integration processes for clients (HR/T&A systems).
Mentor onboarding and guide team through Vistra+iiPay processes.
