Job summary

Strada is seeking a Solution Architect to translate domain, product and industry insights into compelling, client-focused solutions across Workday platforms. You will partner with Sales to shape proposals, lead scoping, demonstrations and delivery hand-offs while keeping pricing and contracts aligned with client needs.

You’ll travel 25-50% and engage with executives to articulate Strada’s value, drive bookings, and ensure successful outcomes through cross-functional collaboration with Delivery,

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in domain, delivery or sales.
• Deep knowledge of benefits, payroll and cloud delivery models.
• Proven track record applying domain expertise in client delivery or sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills for client conversations.
• Travel 25-50% of the time to support meetings with prospects and clients.
• Workday certification preferred; technical experience with Workday is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales to develop scope of Strada solutions and proposals.
• Lead product solution scoping for large complex deals; identify drivers.
• Produce client-tailored sales materials and educate clients on technical aspects.
• Demonstrate solutions and coordinate with Finance for pricing and business cases.
• Create and tailor demo materials; ensure alignment with customer needs.
• Provide input to product owners based on prospects and market feedback.
• Support contracting with scope, pricing and statements of work.
