Job summary

Vistra iiPay is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager, Global Payroll, to lead a project team of Implementation Consultants and Payroll Specialists and coordinate with external international partners. The role drives the Vistra+iiPay program toward delivering client objectives and a superior payroll experience across countries.

You will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle from pre-contract through transition to Operations, ensuring governance, effective collaboration, and exceptional

Qualifications

• Decision making based on analytical insight and experience.
• Knowledge of software implementation projects and operational delivery.
• Knowledge of payroll-related integrations and bespoke GL file integrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the project plan from pre-contract signing through to successful transition into Operations.
• Lead the project team with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project outcomes.
• Maintain governance with weekly status reporting, client calls and programme reporting.
• Collaborate with Client Account Manager and in-country partners to deliver client objectives.
